Leadership Coaching for Conflict and Challenging Conversations

Building Confidence and Relationships in Difficult Moments

This coaching focuses on helping leaders address conflict, tension, and difficult conversations with clarity and composure. Leaders develop tools to navigate interpersonal dynamics, align values with action, and communicate more effectively under pressure. Our conflict coaching approach offers tailored support based upon several research-based conflict coaching models that help individuals explore and constructively navigate conflict.

An example of the application of Jean Wright's conflict coaching work is published in Developing Your Conflict Competency by Craig Runde and Tim Flanagan.

Two men are standing and shaking hands while three women sit at a table with their heads resting on their hands in an office setting.
