About Leadership Coaching 911
Our leadership coaching services support executives and professionals during moments that feel complex, uncertain, or quietly heavy. These are often times when leadership is less about having answers and more about making sense of what’s unfolding, internally and around you. Coaching offers a space to pause, reflect, and think clearly, especially when there are few places to do that openly.
About Jean Wright, PCC, CPRC
My work as a leadership coach is informed by years of experience working with leaders in complex, high-responsibility roles. I understand the realities leaders face: competing priorities, limited space for reflection, and the pressure to perform while navigating uncertainty and human dynamics. This background allows me to meet leaders where they are, with respect for both the technical and relational dimensions of leadership. Coaching is grounded in real-world understanding, thoughtful inquiry, and professional coaching practices designed to support meaningful and sustainable growth. Rather than positioning myself as an expert with answers, I work as a thinking partner, helping leaders surface insight, expand perspective, and strengthen their own leadership judgment.
What is my coaching philosophy?
I believe that people are inherently capable. Therefore, I offers a compassionate, non-directive, strengths-based coaching approach that helps people reconnect with their inner wisdom, make sense of the systems around them, and grow in ways that feel true, whole, and sustainable. I emphasize hope, self-awareness, and strategic perspective in helping clients regain balance, fulfillment, and joy in their leadership. Tailoring my approach to each client's unique needs, my coaching methods draw on my studies in adult development theory (a.k.a. Vertical Development), neuroscience, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and well-being practices.
Effective leadership begins with awareness: noticing patterns, assumptions, and reactions that shape how we lead. From there, leaders gain greater choice and with choice comes the ability to respond thoughtfully rather than reactively. Coaching supports this process by creating space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. The goal is not to become a different leader, but a more intentional and grounded version of yourself.
How I approach leadership coaching
My approach to leadership coaching is relational, reflective, and practical. I don’t come in with a model to apply or a framework to impose. Instead, I work alongside leaders to explore what’s happening in real time: how decisions are being made, where tension is showing up, and what feels most alive or uncertain. Coaching conversations are thoughtful and grounded. Sometimes they’re focused and strategic; other times they’re slower and more reflective. Both are valuable.
Experience, without pretending leadership is simple
I’ve spent years working with leaders who carry significant responsibility and care deeply about the impact of their decisions. What I’ve learned is that leadership challenges are rarely just about skill or competence. They’re about people, context, and moments of change. My role is not to position myself as the expert on your leadership. It’s to help you listen more closely to your own thinking, expand your perspective, and move forward in ways that feel considered and aligned.
What Working Together Is Like
Coaching is a partnership. Sessions offer a confidential, respectful space to think out loud, ask difficult questions, and explore challenges without needing to perform or justify. I work best with leaders who value reflection, curiosity, and honesty and who are willing to sit with complexity rather than rush to resolution. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and am committed to ICF’s coaching standards and Code of Ethics.
Is This the Right Kind of Coaching for You?
Leadership coaching isn’t about fixing or optimizing. It’s about creating space to notice, reflect, and choose more intentionally. If you’re navigating a moment of change, uncertainty, or quiet questioning, and you’re looking for a steady, thoughtful partner, coaching may be worth exploring.
