Executive leadership coaching offers a confidential, one-on-one partnership to help leaders strengthen decision-making, presence, and effectiveness. This work supports leaders who are managing increased responsibility, navigating organizational change, or seeking to lead with greater confidence and intention. The coach provides a balance of support and challenge, enabling the leader to strengthen their capabilities and achieve results. Insights gained through coaching often extend beyond the workplace.

Sample Leadership Coaching Services Packages

Basic Package

  • This package is useful for a couple of well defined coaching goals.

  • Three to six months of individual coaching provided by Jean Wright, PCC

  • Bi-weekly one-hour coaching calls. Frequency may be adapted to your needs.

  • At your request and discretion, up to two hours of non-coaching work that supports and furthers the coaching goal. This work may include a combination of the following:

    • Observe client leading meeting.

    • Observe meeting with your manager to refine your coaching goals.

  • An appropriate leadership assessment may be added at an additional charge.

Extended Package

  • This package supports major transitions and multiple coaching goals.

  • Six to nine months of individual coaching provided by Jean Wright, PCC

  • Bi-weekly one-hour coaching calls. Frequency may be adapted to your needs.

  • Leadership assessment that informs your goals

  • At your request and discretion, up to six hours of non-coaching work that supports and furthers the coaching goal. This work may include a combination of the following:

    • Observe client leading meeting or discussions

    • Participate in a development goal discussion with client’s manager
